Shipping & Processing Time

We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay.

Most purchases leave our bakery within 5 business-days of receipt of your order. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

(Our shipping department is closed on weekends & major US holidays.)

Large orders, or orders which include items shipped directly from our suppliers, will arrive in multiple boxes.

Each item selected is a flat rate of $14.95. If we can fit items in larger boxes, we will call to adjust costs of shipping however there is no guarantee of this as we pack each item carefully to ensure the best shipping possible!

UPS Ground Shipping is only option. This is a flat rate.

If a package is not able to be delivered by for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US is flat rate.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP) are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location. Please refer below for International Shipping information however additional charges apply. We will contact you for those shipping rates and additional costs.

Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive shipment notification from via the email you provided at checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience. If you do not receive this notice, please check your spam folders.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will pay return shipping and provide a cash refund if requested.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally, sorry.

Returns

We do not accept returns on shipped items but will do anything we can to rectify any issue.
