All deposits on ANY item are not refundable or transferable. 

All receipts, website and in store are noted of the refund and deposit policy as well.

Upon signing a cake order form, you are acknowledging that the cake is made correctly at pick up and is no longer in the bakery’s care. Damages or problems are not the responsibility of the bakery once the item has left the premises.

We do not accept Checks.

All wholesale payments are subject to 5% processing fee is a credit card payment is used.

Coupons are not valid on specials, reduced/special items or on holidays listed in our store. A full list can be found in store.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. All items will be asked to be brought back to the bakery. We will not contemplate giving credit or a new item without the product you are questioning brought back to us. This policy is stated in store as well.
